What’s the deal with bondage pants? At almost every show you go to you will someone in bondage pants. What’s the dilly? Most of these kids bought their bondage pants from a store like Hot Topic, that exploits youth culture, for about $80-120 and this makes them feel punk rock, because? (guy above!) It’s no different from buying $80 pants that say Abercrombie and Fitch on them. I myself have a pair of bandage pants. I bought a pair of red plaid pants from Oona’s, a thrift shop in Boston for $15. I happened to be on a camp field trip to Harvard Square at the time. When I got back to camp I hit the supply room. In there, there was a bucket full of zippers. So I got a ton, bought some dental floss, and sewed them on. So now I have a phat pair of bondage pants. I guess I am part of the trend, but hey… I payed about $20 bucks... how much did you pay?
